Future Habitats

Future Habitats was first established as a social enterprise in 2014 to support the development of an intergenerational, sustainable village. Based outside Port Macquarie, the village featured off-grid systems and sixty housing units, a central hub supported by aggregated market gardens.

MIJAL owns and manages the demonstration site at 50 Clyde St – also home to the Creator Incubator, Clyde Street Studios and dozens of independent creative industry initiatives.
